Contact form
We process your name, email, optional phone number and message to respond to your enquiry and follow-up communication. Only the details needed to respond are required. The phone field is optional. Enquiries also include the page and link used to open the form, plus available visit-source information (landing page, referring domain and UTM campaign tags).
Form data is not public and is not automatically used for newsletters. The message is stored in a private database to handle your enquiry and is also sent to the company mailbox. Submission rate limiting helps protect the form against abuse.
Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on steps toward a contract at your request or our legitimate interest in handling correspondence. Data is retained for as long as needed to address the request and any subsequent relationship; legal duties may require longer retention.
Website operation and analytics
The form uses Macaly and Convex infrastructure. Cookie preferences are stored locally in your browser. Google Analytics 4 is prepared for traffic measurement and activates only when a measurement ID is configured and you explicitly allow analytics. Advertising consent is not enabled. The current visit source is held temporarily in memory while browsing. Only with analytics permission is it also saved in session storage to survive a page reload; attribution restarts after 30 minutes of inactivity. Analytics may measure page views, contact clicks and successfully sent enquiries, without names, email addresses, phone numbers or message content.
Records of your choices
We keep private database records of analytics consent, refusal and withdrawal. Each record includes a random browser identifier, a choice identifier, server receipt time, browser-reported choice time, selected purposes, language, the page path without parameters, and the version and text of the information shown. These records are not used for traffic measurement or advertising. When you submit an enquiry, we also record the version of the privacy notice shown; submitting an enquiry is not consent to analytics or marketing.
You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer and Essential only. Analytics stops immediately, even if saving the change needs to be retried because of connectivity. Information version: 2026-10-15.1.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification or deletion and, where applicable, restriction, portability or object to processing. Analytics consent can be changed at any time in cookie settings. Contact info@multicore.cz with enquiries. You may also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Links to AI tools
AI buttons open the external service you choose and pass only the displayed prompt and public website or product information. Contact form data is not included. External AI tools follow their providers’ policies.
