The project aims to create a defect catalogue to improve understanding of how defects arise and to clearly distinguish defects from correct surfaces.

PROJECT 03

DESIGN OF A MATLAB ALGORITHM TO DETECT THE PERPENDICULARITY OF MATERIAL WINDING ON A SPOOL

The main objective is a comprehensive analysis of wire winding using camera systems and advanced image analysis. The aim is to visualise the area of interest, the corner of the spool, throughout the winding process.
